Kale and Mushroom Turkey Burger


What you need:


Eight burger buns, mostly wheat

1/2 kg of soil

4 baby mushrooms

2 cups fresh curly kale

1/4 cup chopped sweet onions

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves

1 tablespoon chimichurri sauce

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon of salt

We heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and remove the onions and garlic until tender. Combine mushrooms and kale and cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Allow cooling. When ready, mix the mushroom and kale mixture with turkey soil and season with oregano, chimichurri, and salt. Using clean hands, formula into patties. Cook on a pre-heated grill over medium heat, turning once, to the desired consistency. Coat jackets with optional sauces and top with turkey patty and avocado slices.

Honey-Yogurt Peaches Peeled


What you need:


3 peaches, cut in half, and crushed

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey

Cinnamon powder

Combine Greek yogurt and honey in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook the peaches on a warm grill before the medium heat, cutting the side down, until the grill marks appear. When ready, top peaches topped with honey and yogurt. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving.

Roast beef and sweet potato chips


What you need:


Eight-grain tortillas

1/2 kilogram sirloin steaks, slightly sliced

6 cups cubed sweet potatoes, steamed

3 cups finely chopped cabbage

1 cup chopped white onion

1 cup chopped fresh basil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar

Cook the beef on a preheated grill over medium-high heat until cooked through (pink in the middle), about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, canola oil, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar in a glass jar and stir to combine the ingredients well. Put the cabbage and onions in a bowl and toss with half of the dressing. Place the roast beef, sweet potatoes, and cabbage salad in a serving dish. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Serve with tortillas.
